How is the price for window cleaning set?
You name your price in the order – at least €15 – or leave it open. Providers reply with their price and a message. What matters is the number and size of the windows, frames, glazing bars and access; photos make the offers more accurate. After the work you both confirm the final price.
Are frames and sills cleaned too?
Not always by default. Say in the order whether frames, sills, roller shutters or insect screens should be cleaned too – then the provider can include it in their offer.
What about windows that are hard to reach from outside?
Many windows can be cleaned on the outside from inside the room once they are fully opened. For fixed, high or roof windows, describe where they are and add photos. Clarify with the provider in the chat whether a ladder or special equipment is needed.
Does the provider bring products and tools?
You clarify that in the order or in the chat: whether the provider brings cleaning products, a squeegee and a ladder, or whether something should be ready at your place, such as warm water.
