Help & contact

Tap “Create order”, choose the category and the work and describe the task: day, time window, address, price and up to 10 photos. Creating an order and getting offers is free.

Verified providers send you offers; you see them right in the order. Choose one – the others are told. Or order a provider directly from their profile.

Once the work starts, the chat opens. To finish, one side names the final price and the other confirms it. With no answer for 72 hours the order closes by itself – a lower price only counts if both agree.

After the order is done, both sides review each other. The reviews appear together – once both have written, or after 14 days. That keeps them honest.

Tell us what it is about – ideally with the order it concerns.

We change the email address for you after a short check. Write to us which new address you want to use.

You change your name in the settings under “Account details”. After verification it is tied to your document – then write to us.

You delete your account yourself: Settings → Delete account. For 30 days you can restore it; then we erase your personal data, and what the law tells us to keep stays without your name.

You start the verification in the provider cabinet: your details, the document from both sides and a short video with the document. If it is turned down, you see why and can send it again at once.

Tell us what you need – we will help.

Switch to the provider cabinet, choose your works and areas and get verified. Then you can answer orders – with no commission.

For advertising, partnerships and press, write to us – we will get back to you.

Write to us – we read every request ourselves.
