Do the movers bring a van?
Not always – some only help with carrying. Say in the order whether you need a vehicle or have already rented one. The offers and the chat then show who comes with a van.
How is the price for movers set?
You name your price – at least €15 – or leave it open. Providers see both addresses and your description and reply with their price. Floors, lift, carrying distances, heavy items and a van make the difference. After the work you both confirm the final price.
Are my things insured during the move?
Jobyx does not carry out moves itself and does not insure anything. Before you choose, ask a provider in the chat whether they are insured and how they handle damage. Mention fragile or valuable items right in the order.
Who packs the boxes?
Usually you pack and the helpers carry. If you need help with packing, taking furniture apart or putting it together in the new home, write it in the order – then it is part of the deal from the start.
