What to put in your job

The more precise your description, the better the offers fit.

  • Size in m², rooms, kitchen and bathrooms – and whether the apartment is already empty
  • The state of the kitchen and bathroom, especially the oven, extractor hood and limescale
  • What is included: windows, oven, fridge, balcony or cellar
  • The handover date – by when everything must be done
  • Photos of the rooms, above all of very dirty spots

Frequent questions

How is the price for end-of-tenancy cleaning set?

You name your price – at least €15 – or leave it open. Providers reply with their price and a message. What counts is the size, the state of the kitchen and bathroom and extras like windows or the oven; photos make the offers more accurate. After the work you both confirm the final price.

Will the landlord accept the apartment after this cleaning?

That is the landlord’s decision at the handover – Jobyx cannot promise it. It’s best to ask beforehand what they expect and write it in the order. Don’t schedule the cleaning too close to the handover, so there is time to touch things up.

How is it different from regular apartment cleaning?

End-of-tenancy cleaning is more thorough and usually happens in an empty apartment: cupboards inside, skirting boards, doors, limescale in the bathroom, often windows and the oven too. You decide in the order what exactly is included.

Does the apartment have to be empty for the cleaning?

Ideally yes – in an empty apartment every spot can be reached. If furniture or boxes are still there, mention it in the order. If you need help clearing out first, you will also find movers and house clearance on Jobyx.
