Frequent questions
How is the price for bulky waste pickup set?
You name your price – at least €15 – or leave it open. Providers estimate the amount, carrying distance and disposal from your list and photos and reply with their price. Clarify in the chat whether disposal is included in the price. After the work you both confirm the final price.
Where do the collected items go?
That depends on the provider. Before choosing, ask where they take the items and whether disposal costs are included in the price. Keep the answer in the chat so everything is clear later.
Are electrical appliances taken too?
Fridges, washing machines, TVs and other electrical appliances are often disposed of separately from other bulky waste. List them separately in the order so the provider can take them into account in their offer.
Does the furniture have to be taken apart first?
Not necessarily. Say in the order whether the furniture is still standing or already taken apart. If large pieces won’t fit through the door or stairwell, the provider can take them apart on site by agreement.
